Leone Kadam, who somehow avoided us until 2025 despite having resided in Bellevue for fifteen years prior (better late than never), carries a strong background in financial services. Before joining us, she deployed her adept proclivity for financial analysis as a planning specialist with Northwestern Mutual and Emerald Advisors, and before that studied marketing and finance at the University of Washington. Leone is committed to developing her craft and is perpetually extending her student life through ongoing finance-focused continuing education, but she also harbors an entrepreneurial spirit; Leone owns and runs two small businesses in her free time that she describes as “passion projects.” Between full time employment, education and study, and the demands of business management, we’re awed by her buoyant energy, but also wonder if there’s perhaps a relationship between her various commitments and what she describes as an erratic sleep schedule. However, Leone envisions a someday in which she retires on a beach (we assume perhaps a warmer, sandier beach than those of the Pacific Northwest), trading out her current pressures for the equally demanding management of a surprisingly specific menagerie of animal companions: two Bernese, two German Shepherds, two Samoyeds, and three cats of yet-to-be-determined breed.
