Brian’s day starts at 4 a.m. with a 7-mile hike, a 40-minute run, a kiss to his still sleeping family then off to the office for a 7 a.m. meeting, leading his partners to question their own lifestyles. He is one of our primary servicing advisors with a focus in small business and estate planning strategies. Brian has been advising clients since 2006 and has obtained the CFP® CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC® Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠, CEP® Certified Estate Planner™ and APMA® Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠ designations. He is a member of the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners and the College for Financial Planning, and received a B.A. in business administration/marketing from University of North Dakota, Grand Forks ND. Brian and his family founded the Soule Foundation, which supports local charities, in honor of his father, Dwight Johnson, who passed away in 2017. He’s also a member of Seattle Children's Legacy Advisors. A consummate outdoorsman, Brian enjoys hiking, camping, skiing and climbing. He’s summitted Mt. Rainier three times, as well as several other peaks, at one point nearly coinciding with the birth of one of his daughters – a near miss that his wife, Sadie, who is an independent business health insurance broker, won’t let him live down. However it is his family that is most important to him, and his time with them is sacred.
